High quality finish that exceeds the original OEM key. The board fits the internal of the key fob snug and the key clips together nicely with no play and flush finish.

Strange message appears on tv screen “this remote is not supported by this tv” but everything performes as it’s supposed to, so very happy
Store owner replied: Hi Christopher, thank you so much for sharing your lovely review! I am so pleased to hear your remote is working as it is supposed to, and that you're happy with your experience 😊 As for the message you're getting on your TV - you can simply re-pair the remote and the message should go away 😊 Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help! Sony RMF-TX310U Remote Control For Sony 4K Smart TV Voice Control Netflix Button
I live with my granddad who has memory problems and at 8:30 at night his tv remote stopped working. So I started trying to find a replacement. With no luck on my own. I stumbled across this awesome shop and sent an email to contact them for help. Within 30 minutes I had a reply. 30 minutes! In 3 days I had the new perfect remote that works EXACTLY the same. My grandad didn't even notice the difference, but the help I got late at night with this struggle I'll never forget. I literally cried when I got it in the mail. Thank you so much for what seams like just a remote but really was a lifesaver. Works perfectly. I just put batteries in it and didn't have to do anything else for it to work. Thanks heaps to this wonderful shop with helpful and kind staff. (On the left is the new one, on the right is the broken one)
