Shipping Policy

At The Remote Shop, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and reliably so you can get back in control as soon as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day from one of our Australian warehouses.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to meet all dispatch estimates, delays may occasionally occur during periods of high demand or circumstances outside our control.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days Australia-wide.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier network conditions, weather events, and peak periods.

Remote and regional locations may experience longer delivery times.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available within the courier's system.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with a range of reputable Australian courier and postal providers, including Australia Post, FedEx, Hunter Express, and Toll.

The carrier used for your order will depend on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

P.O. BOX DELIVERIES

Some products and courier services may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Unless otherwise requested, your parcel may be left in a safe location if the delivery driver considers it appropriate to do so.

If a safe location is unavailable, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point, post office, or depot and collection instructions will be provided by the carrier.

If you would like a signature required on delivery, please contact us before your order is dispatched or leave a note during checkout.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact our support team at support@remoteshop.com.au and include your order number.

In many cases, delayed deliveries are the result of a missed delivery attempt or a parcel awaiting collection at a local depot or post office.
