At The Remote Shop, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

All orders are processed and dispatched from one of our warehouses in Brisbane or Melbourne within 24 hours. We offer fast, Australia-wide shipping, so you can get back in control — fast.


📦 Standard Delivery Time

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.


📨 Order & Tracking Notifications

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update after dispatch.

You can also track your order at any time by:

  • Logging in to your account, or
  • Using the tracking link sent in your dispatch email

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates & Couriers

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

We partner with trusted carriers including:

Standard delivery is used for most orders unless otherwise selected. Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days for most metro areas.


📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some couriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. Boxes. If your chosen courier doesn’t support P.O. Box deliveries, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.


📝 Signature Not Required Option

By default, your parcel may be delivered without requiring a signature, and left in a secure location if the delivery driver deems it safe to do so.

If no safe place is available or the parcel is too large, a card will be left and your order will be redirected to your nearest post office or courier depot for collection.

Prefer not to have your parcel left unattended?
Just leave a note at checkout or contact our team, and we’ll ensure your order requires a signature on delivery.


⏳ Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@remoteshop.com.au with your name and order number.

In most cases, this simply means the courier attempted delivery and your parcel is awaiting collection at your local depot or post office.
